Not often do I find service like what took place on Friday.
You and your team went out of your way to help me out with my truck, this may be your way of just an ordinary day but to drive down from Toledo, to hopefully at least have an idea of what was going on with my transmission, to having it all taken care of and the spedo back working as well, was above and beyond what I was expecting. I strive to give this kind of service to my customers as well and rarely do I find anyone who prescribes to this kind of customer service . You have Gained a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!!

The whole place seems like it’s filled with happy employees and great people! One of the things that also really impressed me was how Eric took me to the truck and showed me each and reviewed every item on the dashboard and answered all my questions. This was going above the call and there were things that my team wasn’t even aware of which will be helpful to relay and prepare for the several drivers who drive the vehicle. Your pricing was fair and the time to take to get it fixed was above our expectations.
